Antonio Giovanni is an established dance teacher and choreographer in New York City. He started dancing at 10. At 12 years old, Antonio was offered a 3-year ballet scholarship to UMKC (University of Missouri Kansas City) Conservatory of Dance. He continued to train in Ballet and Jazz until having the opportunity at 16 to begin teaching. Before moving to NYC, Antonio worked as a competitive choreographer and teacher for several well-known studios spanning Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. He has won numerous choreography awards including 5 FDC (Federation Dance Cup Organization) awards and 2 Starpower Victory Cups. His choreography has also placed 2nd in the World Dance Championship.  He regularly teaches master classes locally and across the US. Antonio is in demand as a judge and workshop teacher on the competitive dance circuit. He has studied with Tina D’Amato, Dee Caspary, Mia Michaels, Ray Leeper, and Ann Reinking. His other passion includes singing, having performed in many one-man cabaret shows throughout NYC.
