We’re so excited to introduce our Dancer Strength & Injury Prevention Program with Movement Headquarters! This program was created with our dancers in mind—to build strength, prevent injuries, and help them perform at their absolute best all season long.

🩰 6-Week Hybrid Program
For competitive dancers ages 8+
📍 In-studio training + at-home support

What’s included:
✔️ Weekly group sessions at AIM
✔️ DPT-designed strength curriculum
✔️ Focus on injury prevention + performance
