Corina Lambraia is from Long Island, New York where she danced her whole childhood, beginning competitive training at age 9. She began assistant teaching in high school and teaching her own classes once in college. Corina spent her freshman year of college as a BIG10 dancer at the University of Maryland then moved on to the University of Delaware the following year where she became a choreographer for her dance company, Delaware Dance Fever. Corina’s choreography for the company was featured in the Wells Fargo Center for Philadelphia 76ers half time performances, collegiate competitions, and annual showcase performances. She graduated in the Spring of 2020 with her B.S. in Health Behavior Science and a concentration in Health and Disability.
Corina has now moved back home to Long Island where she is pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University. Her strong knowledge of the human body is seen through her teaching as she emphasizes safe and strong training while also promoting creativity and expression of students. Corina is excited to continue her passion for dance and teaching with Art In Motion.
